Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

DelDel is only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not tolerate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual messages to minors, sextortion, the sexualisation of minors and trafficking. Any account involved is removed permanently.

How we prevent it

• Adults only: our Terms of Use allow only users aged 18+. A dating profile requires a date of birth, and our servers reject anyone under 18.
• Reporting in the app: every profile can be reported in seconds, with a dedicated Underage user reason.
• Blocking: users can block anyone at any time.
• Review: our team reviews reports and treats reports about minors with the highest priority.

What we do

When we learn about CSAE or about a user under 18, we:

• remove the content and permanently remove the accounts involved,
• keep the evidence needed by the authorities,
• report child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the competent authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the police in the country concerned,
• cooperate with law enforcement requests in line with the law.

How to report

• In the app: open the profile, tap the report button and choose a reason such as Underage user or Inappropriate content.
• By email: write to our child safety contact below. Please include the username or a description of the profile.
• In an emergency: if a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first (112 in Europe, 911 in the United States).

Compliance with the law

We comply with the child safety laws that apply to DelDel, including the duty to report child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities.
