Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Einakie, the provider of DelDel ("we", "us"). Our contact details are in the Privacy Policy. By creating an account or using DelDel, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use DelDel.

Who can use DelDel

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may have only one account, and you may not use DelDel if we have removed you before.
• You may not use DelDel if you have been convicted of a sexual offence, or if the law forbids you to use it.

Your account

You sign in with Google, with Apple or with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to these accounts safe; you are responsible for what happens in your DelDel account. The information on your profiles must be true, and the photos on your dating profile must show you.

Community rules

You must not:

• share, request or promote any sexual content involving minors, or try to contact minors in a sexual way. We report such cases to the authorities;
• harass, bully, threaten, stalk or intimidate anyone;
• post hate speech, or attack people for their origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics;
• share nudity or sexual content without the clear consent of the recipient, or share intimate images of other people without their consent;
• post violent, illegal or extremist content, or promote self-harm;
• impersonate someone, create fake profiles or use photos of other people;
• scam people, ask for money, sell products or services, or send spam;
• share other people's private information, such as their address or phone number, without consent;
• use DelDel for prostitution, escort services or human trafficking;
• break the law, or the rights of others, such as copyrights;
• attack, copy, reverse engineer or overload DelDel, or use bots and automated tools.

Reporting, blocking and moderation

You can report any profile or message in the app and block anyone at any time. We review reports and aim to act within 24 hours: we remove content that breaks these Terms and suspend or permanently remove the accounts responsible. We may also act on our own, for example when we notice spam or fake profiles. When we restrict an account, we tell the user in the app, unless this would put others at risk or the law forbids it.

Your content

Your messages, photos, videos, voice messages and profile information remain yours. You give us a limited, non-exclusive right to store, transmit and display them, only as far as needed to run DelDel, for example to deliver your messages and show your profile. This right ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that other people have already received.

You are responsible for what you share. Only share content that you have the right to share. "Delete for everyone" and view-once photos remove content from DelDel, but they cannot stop someone from taking a screenshot or a photo of their screen.

Meeting people

DelDel helps you meet new people, but we do not check the identity or the background of our users. Be careful when you talk to people you don't know, and especially when you meet them in person. Read our safety tips. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for how users behave outside DelDel.

Coins and purchases

• Coins are a virtual item that you can use inside DelDel for extra swipes, profile boosts and song lyrics. They are a limited right to use these features, not money: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to other people.
• You buy coins in the app through Google Play or the App Store. The terms and refund rules of the store you use also apply, and refunds are handled by that store.
• Coins are delivered immediately after purchase. If you live in the EU, you have a right of withdrawal for digital content; it ends when the delivery starts with your consent, as shown in the purchase process. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
• When you delete your account, unused coins are lost. As far as the law allows, the same applies if we remove your account for a serious breach of these Terms.
• We may change prices and what coins can be used for. Changes do not affect coins you have already bought.

Music, lyrics and learning

Music and lyrics in DelDel are for your personal, non-commercial use. Translations and explanations of lyrics are created automatically and may contain mistakes.

AI Styles

AI Styles prepares instructions that you can use, together with your photo, in an AI app of your choice. The AI app is not part of DelDel; its own terms and privacy policy apply. Only use photos of yourself, or of people who agreed to it, and follow the rules of the AI app.

App stores and other services

If you downloaded DelDel from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for DelDel or its content. DelDel works together with other services, such as the sign-in services of Google and Apple; their own terms apply to them.

Ending your use

You can stop using DelDel and delete your account at any time in the app (see Delete your account). We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect other users. If we stop offering DelDel, we will tell you in good time.

Changes to DelDel and these Terms

We keep improving DelDel, so features may change. We may also update these Terms, for example for new features or legal requirements. We will tell you about important changes in the app before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account; if you keep using DelDel after the change takes effect, the new Terms apply.

Liability

We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only if we breach an essential obligation that makes the use of DelDel possible and on which you may rely; in that case our liability is limited to the typical damage that could be foreseen. Otherwise our liability is excluded.

DelDel is provided as it is currently available. We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors, or that you will find a match.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country. If a part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains valid.
